Sekiu Office Hour Changes

Neah Bay Kiosk New Location

The Neah Bay payment kiosk is moving on January 18, 2022.  On that date it will be out of service until about 2pm for the move. PHONE SCAM ALERT

We have seen an uptick again in telephone scam calls attempting to collect money while impersonating PUD employees.  In the calls, the scammer says they are with the PUD and threatens to shut off power if a large sum of money is not paid (within 10 minutes, perhaps at a non-PUD location, or there could be other methods we are not aware of). State Moratorium on Utility Disconnects Ends Thursday, September 30, 2021

The state moratorium on utility disconnects and late fees ends today, September 30th. In order to avoid service disruption, customers with past-due balances must bring their accounts current by Sunday, October 3, or have contacted us by 4:00 p.m. on Friday October 1 to establish payment arrangements.
