Your PUD is pleased to be able to offer for public use, at no charge, two meeting rooms at the Main Office in Carlsborg. In order to make reservations for the use of one of these rooms:
- Please review the Public Meeting Room Use Rules thoroughly!
- If you feel your group meets the criteria, submit a Public Meeting Room Use Application. Print it, fill it out, and have the person who will be present during the entire meeting sign the form. This application must be approved prior to making a reservation.
- After your group is approved, check the *availability of the room you wish to reserve.
- Once you have received approval and confirmed availability, reserve a room using the form below (see bottom of page).
*NOTE! Rooms are available during PUD business hours Monday through Thursday 7 AM to 4 PM. Rooms are NOT available weekends or evenings.

Good To Know BEFORE Booking a Room
NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE! Users should bring their own laptop, projector and cables/extension cords to project onto the wall if giving a presentation. Wi-fi is available for the purpose of connecting to the internet. There are no other audio/video options available.
PARKING IS LIMITED TO 24 SPACES. Please provide the Parking Map to your attendees prior to the event and encourage carpooling if you might exceed this limit.
PUD staff other than the Meeting Room Coordinator Teresa Lyn at firstname.lastname@example.org or via 360-565-3244 are not available to assist with setup or support. Call T call when you are here for assistance during the times that you have reserved the room. The Customer Service Representatives are busy assisting customers conducting PUD business and are not available for meeting room issues.

The Lake Crescent Boardroom has a capacity of approximately 50. Amenities include a projection wall, whiteboard, kitchen facility with small under-counter refrigerator, coffee maker, and sink in order that light refreshment trays, catering, or beverages may be brought in. Users should bring their own laptop, projector and cables/extension cords to project onto the wall if giving a presentation. Wi-fi is available for the purpose of connecting to the internet. There are no other audio/video options available. Wi-fi is available. 50 chairs and 8 rectangular tables are available for this room.
The Neah Bay Meeting Room seats up to 10 and has 1 rectangular conference table. Food and beverages may be brought in to be consumed in this room.
You can view the meeting room calendars below to check availability prior to submitting a request. Shaded dates are unavailable. Note that the information shown is updated frequently but is subject to change and a room may be booked by staff before your request is received. In consideration of other potential users of the facility, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Violation of the rules, creation of a disturbance, or willful damage will cause cancellation of privileges for future use.
