Clallam PUD is committed to maintaining service during the COVID-19 event. We understand that many customers may be experiencing hardship during this time due to job layoffs or reduced hours. Please note that we have suspended disconnects and late fees through the end of September, even though you may still receive an automated disconnect notification generated by the system. Balances owed will still need to be paid. If you feel you will have difficulty paying your bill, please contact our customer service department at 360-452-9771 so we can arrange a payment plan with you. We encourage managing your energy usage wisely, especially if you have extra people in the home, from school or work. Please see our COVID-19 information page for assistance resource links.
You can make payments by phone, in-person, by mail, or online through a variety of electronic options. Please note that any hours of operation for physical payment locations listed below may be subject to unscheduled closures due to unforeseen circumstances. To avoid late fees or interruption of service, please plan accordingly. If you need help with paying your bill, please click here for assistance options.
