State Moratorium on Utility Disconnects Ends Thursday, September 30, 2021

The state moratorium on utility disconnects and late fees ends today, September 30th. In order to avoid service disruption, customers with past-due balances must bring their accounts current by Sunday, October 3, or have contacted us by 4:00 p.m. on Friday October 1 to establish payment arrangements. Status of Reopening District Facilities

With the state reopening, the District has reviewed the updated guidance from the Department of Health, Labor & Industries, and the CDC and has determined that we will be adopting a phased approach to opening our facilities to the public.
