District line crews will be starting work on a project on Highway 101 in downtown Forks from Bogachiel Way to Forks Outfitters in the next few weeks. Travelers should expect lane closures and congestion while the work is accomplished. This work is in conjunction with a substation upgrade that will be happening this summer.
