Original Post:
PUD customers in the Diamond Point, the Bell Hill (south half) / Happy Valley, and along Chicken Coop areas of Sequim are experiencing power outages. The Diamond Point outage began just prior to 7:00am and the Bell Hill affected areas began around 6:00am. These outages are affecting approximately 1095 customers.
Specific causes are unknown at this time for Chicken Coop and the Happy Valley/south half of Bell Hill, but are most likely weather related. The Diamond Point outage is a result of trees in lines and a pole down (all weather related). There is no estimated time of restoration. PUD crews have responded.
