Construction Cost Sharing Regulations Change Proposed

The district is asking customers to consider the changes outlined in the Electric Service Regulations below that include the elimination of the Construction Cost Sharing Regulations. This change would have no effect on existing customers that have had power installed or a paid construction estimate before the effective date of the resolution. Customers with paid construction estimates on or after the effective date may be required to contribute construction cost sharing to those customers eligible under the April 11, 2022 Electric Service Regulations Resolution 2239-22.
