What is Promise?
Promise is a software company specializing in relief distribution and revenue recovery for government. Promise works with state and local governments to distribute funds to utility customers for aid on their utility bills.

This notice is required, per Department of Commerce grant conditions: The Clean Energy Credits for Washington Families Program is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health.
