NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County (the District) issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following non-project proposal: adoption of an update to the District’s Water System Plan, proposed by: Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from Public Utility District No.1 of Clallam County, 104 Hooker Rd. Sequim WA 98324 and online here. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than May 21, 2017 to:
