10:00 p.m. Water service has been restored to all Carlsborg PUD water customers. Some customers may experience air in their lines which should clear if they run their taps for a few minutes.
8:22 Service is anticipated to be restored in the next hour.
1:45 p.m. The water crew has operated valves to control the flow to the water main break. There are 199 PUD water accounts experiencing low or no water pressure. This is all PUD water customers in Carlsborg north of Highway 101 and all PUD water customers east of Hooker Rd on the south side of Highway 101. The crew is working on a solution to bring some water customers back in service before repairs are complete. We will send out an updated outage area once we have brought additional customers back into service (likely within the hour). Some customers will be out for the duration of the repair. We will include this area with the next update.
12:15 p.m. A water main break has occurred near the intersection of Hwy 101 and Hooker Road, affecting all Carlsborg water system customers north of Atterberry Road. Crews are onsite and attempting to implement a workaround to bring as many customers back into service as possible until repairs can be completed. Updates will be posted here as new information is known.
