Update 3 (4:24pm, 11/13) Power has now been restored to Neah Bay and Sekiu Update 2 (3:33pm, 11/13) The cause of the outage is weather related - a tree limb fell on a line. UPDATE: Power Outage – Sequim Area

UPDATE:  As of approximately 8:20 am all customers, with the exception of a few on Oil City Road, should be back in power. The cause of the Sunland area outage this morning is related to a Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issue.  At 2:42 am BPA had a "blink" that affected most of the PUD service territory.  The brief blink in power caused the Sunland Substation to remain off line until it was restored about 7:18am. UPDATE 5 (10:00am on 11/11) Power has been restored to the Neah Bay area and off of Mount Angeles Road. UPDATE 4 (9:37am on 11/11) The PUD experienced multiple outages overnight, with the largest being in the Joyce area (see updates below). UPDATE: November 3rd Morning Power Outage

UPDATE:  Power was restored to all residential customers as of 9:58am. Many PUD customers experienced a power outage this morning as a result of a vehicle accident. The outage started at approximately 7:12am when a vehicle hit a power pole in the Kitchen-Dick/Old Olympic Highway area. 10,377 customers from East Port Angeles to the Carlsborg area were affected. PUD Lifts Water Restrictions for All Areas

PUD #1of Clallam County (PUD) has lifted all water restrictions for the Upper Fairview, Gales Addition, Mt. Angeles, Monroe, and Island View Water Districts. Clallam PUD water customers in the Gales Addition, Mt. Angeles Water District, and Monroe Water District will be receiving an advisory survey from the City of Port Angeles regarding fluoridation of water.  The PUD purchases water from the City for these Districts and has worked with the City to ensure PUD customers are included in the survey and process.
