STATUS:  Regular, Full-time, Non-Exempt Represented Position
WORK WEEK:  Monday – Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SUPERVISOR:  Customer Service Supervisor
Step 1 –  $21.23 per hour (effective 5/1/2022)
Step 2 –  $23.09 per hour (effective 5/1/2022)
Step 3 –  $25.16 per hour (effective 5/1/2022)
Step 4 –  $27.17 per hour (effective 5/1/2022)
Step 5 –  $29.02 per hour (effective 5/1/2022)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  To receive and process customer payments, account inquiries and adjustments, requests for service in accordance with the District’s customer service regulations, policies and charges. To consistently provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers that facilitates accomplishment of the District’s mission and goals.

Candidates’ abilities and qualifications will be evaluated using a cognitive test and examinations for typing and 10-key; supplemental questionnaire; work history; criminal and background check, employment references and recommendations; education, certifications and training courses completed; and an interview to determine skills and abilities needed to fulfill the requirements of this position.

Based upon these evaluations, District Management will make the selection.
