Water Rate Information

Water Rates

The PUD has 9 water rates covering the systems it owns and operates. The residential water rate for The Fairview water system is a basic charge of $0.54 per day plus $2.19 per hundred cubic feet (cu. ft.) of water used. A typical bill for 30 days and 900 cu. ft. of ater would be:

30 days x $0.54 = $16.20 for the basic charge

9 x $2.19 per hundred cu. ft. of water used = $19.71 for water

Total water bill: $16.20 + $19.71 = $35.91

The standard commercial rate for most of the county is identical to the residential rate noted above.
