Water Use Efficiency (WUE) Goals: 2008: Public Utility District #1 of Clallam County has developed proposed initial water use efficiency (WUE) goals as mandated by the Municipal Water Law passed by the Washington State Legislature in 2003. These goals are designed to meet the standards set forth by the WUE rule [WAC 246-290].Please click here for further information.

Sewer Feasibility Study for Carlsborg- Septic failures that increase levels of nitrate contamination in the groundwater, water conservation issues, and lack of urban services are major concerns for the Carlsborg Urban Growth Area (UGA).
