PUD Implementing New Outage Management System to Handle High Volume Calls
The PUD is implementing a new Outage Management System designed to handle high volume incoming calls and at the same time identify and track multiple outages. Successful implementation of the system before the winter storm season requires correct phone information for all PUD customers.
To expedite this program, a request for information sheet is included with the PUD June bills. Completed forms may be returned to any area PUD office, night drop box, or mailed with monthly payments. The form can also be completed online by clicking here. Customers may also contact the PUD at 565.3540 to update information by phone or toll free 1.800.542.7859.
