Clallam County PUD is committed to exploring, supporting and commercializing many forms of renewable energy sources, including solar, wind, thermal, biomass, small scale hydro, and off-shore wave energy.
One of the ways that you can do to support us in these efforts is to sign up for our Watts Green program. You can do that by visiting, calling your local PUD office, or by sending in this form - (86kb PDF) , completed, to our main office. The Watts Green rate is only 1.7 cent per kilowatt-hour more than the standard rate.

We are currently offering an incentive of $500 per kW of installed capacity of solar electric systems that are net-metered on to our power grid.
