Energy Star® Manufactured Homes

Energy Efficient

Energy Star® manufactured homes use less energy. On average, a Energy Star® home will save $270 a year in electricity costs compared to the same home built to HUD standards.

Quiet

These homes are quieter than a standard manufactured home due to higher levels of insulation and tighter overall construction.

Comfortable

Because the homes are built tighter, drafts and temperature fluctuations are minimized. The added insulation keeps the home cozy and warm in the winter, and cooler in the summer.

Overall Value

The extra cost to purchase a Energy Star® manufactured home is often paid back in energy savings within a few years time.
