PUD and First Federal Loan ProgramFor those who qualify, low cost loans are available through First Federal Savings and Loan for weatherization improvements and to purchase certain energy efficient products. These loans may be in addition to the Home Weatherization and Conservation incentives. PUD even pays for the loan fee. |
